Our findings highlight the challenges of a production model that surpasses biophysical limits, is sustained on immigrant low-wage labor and further encourages a governance model lacking cooperation and fostering polarized views.
Spain is the 7th global F&V producer -the most important within the EU- and the 2nd regarding F&V exportations globally. The semi-arid Southeast 🌅 plays a vital role in supplying F&V to the EU- especially during winter ☃️ . It exports over 78% of its production from more than 80,000 hectares of crops
