Atrocity after atrocity in Alabama | STEPHEN COOPER On February 6, Alabama tortured Demetrius Frazier to death.

That’s a relief, eh? www.yahoo.com/news/atrocit...

Merci beaucoup for reading and sharing my column—I appreciate that. Bonne journee!

Thanks. I’ll take a look at it. But FYI The Times of Israel—where my essay was first published—has no connection to the government of Israel and often publishes articles critical of it. So I don’t know how or why where I originally published my essay—before republishing it in Alabama—has relevance..

The Montgomery Advertiser and multiple other newspapers in Alabama also published that piece. Out of curiosity: What is your proof of Israel “torturing its prisoners”—and why does the Times of Israel have anything to do with French investment in Alabama, and therefore France’s complicity in Alabama?

Alabama arrogantly asphyxiates another condemned man | STEPHEN COOPER This dystopian horror is happening — in real life — in Alabama.

Some of you have read my essay about Charles Burton’s scheduled gassing this Thursday—if not, it’s my last post before this one—thank you. Today I’m remembering—and posting—my 2024 essay “Alabama arrogantly asphyxiates another condemned man”—sadly applicable once again. www.yahoo.com/news/alabama...

Unjust sentencing was one step to inhumane execution | STEPHEN COOPER Burton was outside the robbed business when the shooting happened but was nonetheless convicted under Alabama’s felony murder statute and sentenced to death.

Burton’s execution by nitrogen-gassing is on March 12. It’s imperative people make their voices in opposition to this heard. www.montgomeryadvertiser.com/story/opinio...

Alabama savagely gas-tortured a 7th man to death | STEPHEN COOPER Humans have the capacity to do what is right. And gassing humans to death is wrong. So wrong.

🗣️ Hi. I’ve been posting these last few days about Alabama’s next nitrogen-gassing-torture execution—it’s 8th—set for March 12. Continuing in that vein, I’m reposting this essay I published after Alabama’s 7th nitrogen-gassing-torture execution in October. www.montgomeryadvertiser.com/story/opinio...

Hello #Reggaesky: Pablove Black, also known as Paul Dixon, is a legendary reggae musician. On February 16 I was blessed to interview Pablove by phone for over 2 hours; this roughly 10,000-word conversation is Part 1 of my irie and historic reasoning with Pablove. www.reggae-vibes.com/articles/202...

🗣️Some of you are just finding out about Alabama’s next nitrogen-gassing on March 12. We can, each of us, through our words and our actions, paint a picture of nitrogen-gassings as something base, something below us, something unquestionably un-American and unacceptable. www.yahoo.com/news/atrocit...

Alabama’s justice system treats human beings like hogs | STEPHEN COOPER Alabama will execute 6 men in 2024, a killing spree that treats men like hogs fit for slaughter.

On March 12, contravening the wishes of the victim’s daughter, Alabama will savagely gas-torture an 8th man to death—a 75-year-old poor Black man in a wheelchair suffering from rheumatoid arthritis who didn’t kill anyone (a codefendant who received a life sentence did). www.yahoo.com/news/alabama...

🚥Hi. There’s a whole heap of bad things going on in the world right now, but in irie reggae news: I just spoke with one of Jamaica’s most legendary singers, Mr. Ken Boothe, and we have an interview planned for April which will eventually be published by @reggae-vibes-nl.bsky.social Seen? Blessings🙏🏻
