I cannot agree any more with you than I already do. Thank you for saying this. It means a great deal “hearing” what I think I know from someone else - especially someone like yourself who lives it.

I just got home about 45 minutes ago from an evening brain MRI one of my new-to-me neurologists ordered. Results will be unofficially posted on their portal in 24-48 hours and I have a scheduled follow up appointment with the neurologist in a couple weeks to discuss the official results & options.

…but I think I’ve gotten, for the most part, a markedly better healthcare team assembled now and they seem to be more open and willing to test for more things/dig deeper and more flexible in letting me try different treatments (including some narcotics/opioids) that I’ve been previously denied.

It’s been rough, TBH. I have experienced some improvement - not as much as I wanted, but “something is better than nothing.” The issue is when the limited relief occurred, everything else seemed to get worse/go haywire & it’s been truly frustrating & overwhelming. I’ve been pretty much housebound…

Believe it or not, “me, too!”
I owned a mobile DJ company, a karaoke service, an event planning/promotion/production company, a marketing service for entertainment and nightlife businesses and, at one time, a sports bar and nightclub…
…then…
I got sick.
And sicker.
And sicker.
