Rosie did NOT have the power to heal Alastor's chest wound. A broken staff is one thing, but an angelic wound is another. Angelic steel is meant to permanently erase souls, so his injury could likely be permanent bcuz no one in Hell can heal it.

Both Vaggi and him were harmed by angelic weapons, it would take Alastor doing something to heal the wound
