I came into reading Homestuck really late. I guess if I read Act 6 live I would've thought it was terrible. But honestly, for me reading it all in a month, I thought it made the webcomic truly stand apart from most online works as a great piece of meta literature.
Homestuck act 6 is extremely well written, even for the parts where the author seemed to be a bit spiteful keeping the story going. But it's also a victim of having an audience too young to understand what it was trying to tell them, it also came out during the start of online political polarization

In a better world, Tim Sale's Superman design would be the unquestioned default design in all media. I'm tired of the character looking like a slightly buff Batman/Bruce with a different hair style. Tim's design looks like Clark was actually raised in the country.
I'm reading other peoples webcomics on neocities, and like my webcomic, I see the main issue of load time. our comics tend to take too long for comfort to load in. need to figure out if it's the fault of the code or neocities limitations. could be a bit of both. but I hope it's just on the creator.
instead of saying "kys" (cause our nanny state censors will come for that too), say "I hope you get abducted by aliens and never come back." they literally mean the same thing.

Normally I shouldn't do this, but patreon "blackballed" me so what the heck. Here’s a model of the city for my webcomic I created using Bryce 3d to achieve a retro cell shading effect. Then with Clip Studio I added more flare. Then I dithered the image and vola.
I tend to unfollow/refollow pretty inconsistently. It isn't usually personal, my brain just has trouble with processing too much information at once, especially others thoughts. sorry.
have you read this book "the chaos machine" by Max Fisher? It's definitely a good reflection of what you just said here.
