A picnic table and two benches sit in front of a tree on a snow-covered riverbank. A railroad bridge and more trees are visible on the horizon.
Nice day for a picnic

Ultramax in an XA is exactly the right combination to shoot that car.
A double-exposure image of trees and a building.
Haven't been shooting much lately but managed to get out and run a roll of Arista 400 through the Holga a few days ago doing some double-exposures. ποΈ #believeinfilm

It being the 1970s, my parents let me and my friends walk to the theater by ourselves when we were as young as seven.
Rewatched fairly recently and still loved it. Wise is such an underrated director.
A darkroom prints soaking in a water bath in a tray.
Working on a print in the Analog Liberation darkroom yesterday for our show next week. It's a 16x20 print from a 4x5 negative.

A very dark black and white image of a flooded and abandoned factory floor with concrete pillars holding the ceiling up.
From a few years ago at an abandoned Westinghouse factory in Cleveland. There's a human in there if you look carefully.

My Favorite Year?
Saw Chung present Munyurangabo in person in 2010 at Ebertfest and thought that he was a filmmaker to watch in the future.
We'll all get together tomorrow at the ESP storefront and discuss and critique each other's photos.
A window with a can of glue on the other side.
A window with reflections of trees and a few to Rigg's Restaurant through another window.
A view of the Riggs Lounge window with the Dollar General sign in the reflection.
A view of three victorian houses through a garage window.
Some shots from the monthly roll for the Eastern Standard Photo club. This month was Ferrania P30 and the theme prompt was "layers". Shot on my Pentax Spotmatic with a 1.4 50MM lens.

Nice shot. Right around the corner from me.
Black and white image of a seagull at the end of a pier on a lake.
Four posts in a lake.
A tree in front of a lake with a mountain in the background.
A Carnegie Library with palm trees in front.
Botched the development of these Kentmere 100 shots from Hidden Valley Lake and Clear Lake in California. Looks like I didn't have enough dev in the tank.

I saw this in the theater when I was 13 in '77 and that house looked totally normal.

That previous generation of robber barons actually did leave some good things behind.
I was there too. It was a moving moment and that commentary track is one of the greats.
Bought that at the Ebertfest where Murch was supposed to present Apocalypse Now Redux but was stuck in Europe because of the Icelandic volcano that no one could pronounce.
Looks like a normal Pittsburgh street to me.
