Hello #iteachmath. If you haven't seen it already, there is a new, mathy daily game from NYT Games called Pips.
A chart showing various ways that tally marks are done in different countries with pictures of the tally mark methods.
I saw this a few years ago and it blew my mind. I really like the middle one, not sure what's going on on the right one.
Speaking to former students and hearing them tell me how their experience in my classroom positively influenced their lives.
