I saw Alexander Malofeev play with the Oregon Symphony last fall & I was absolutely blown away. He just released his first album & everything Iโ€™ve heard on it so far is gorgeous. ๐ŸŽน

Playing piano like this at any age is incredible but heโ€™s only 24!!!

So, Iโ€™ve seen Vivaldiโ€™s 4 Seasons performed over the course of 60+ years at probably a dozen or more symphonies & this was a unique & wonderful performance tonite by the Oregon Symphony featuring Avi Avital on mandolin (doing the trad violin leads).
An amazing evening. A challenging program. Thx!
