This does not mean you need to hire employees. Nothing wrong with being a solopreneur.
But you need to surround yourself with people you trust!

I am sitting around thinking about how I continue to add value to the product we provide our clients.
We produce a lot of content for them as an add on to the accounting work.
But I wonder how many actually read what we give them.
Ever feel like you are talking into a void?
Just never answer your phone.
If it is important, they will leave a message. If they know me, they will text or email me.
If you want to be a sort-after accountant, learn to communicate!

Reviewing your profit and loss statement is important.
But do not forget to review your balance sheet.
There is a lot of critical information in that document.
