These are some of the best cookies I have ever had! I took Brandon's recipe and replaced the sugars with sugar-free alternatives. Then I took King Arthur's idea of using Rye flour. The result is an amazing Rye Sourdough chocolate chunk cookie that has a deep flavour, a soft center and firmer edges.
