My Washington State tax is going to go up and that's a good thing. We had the most regressive tax structure in the country for DECADES.

Even if this witness version of events is true, she was killed by a driver making an illegal right on red. But of course, the cops will focus on whether or not the ped had right of way. Drivers are so coddled.

Not to mention: a red light for Bellevue means the driver was making an illegal right on red. We give drivers so much grace for breaking the law but never the same for peds (who tend to make far less dangerous decisions).

I sell larger shirts. They just cost me extra and as a small business with low profit margins, I like to keep tabs on these costs, which is why I ask folks email me to request larger sizes. They cost me $3-$4 more (my vendor's prices).
