The Schools (Residential Outdoor Education) (Scotland) Bill has passed to the next stage - a big step towards ensuring that all young people can access life-changing outdoor residential experiences.

But, after decades of delivering youth work on the waves, our vessels Alba Explorer and Alba Venturer need important upgrades to keep sailing strong.
We need to replace vital equipment - such as sails, winches and waterproofs - to keep supporting young people well into the future.
