Oh I didnt mean toxic positivity from players. I meant during testing/development itself. 5v5 happening after player reviews, any sort of player progression coming only after its death announcement... Just feels like nobody gave criticism before launching it out into the world
My takeaway from highguard is that toxic positivity can also easily kill a game. The game just looked like nobody dared criticize the vision. 5v5 being an after thought after player feedback just cements that. No way NOBODY in testing came up with "hey the maps are too big and empty for 3v3"....
