Saw primary doc today who suspects I have two broken or fractured toes. He’s sending me for an x-ray & to a hand specialist for shots for my osteoarthritis & trigger finger. On the bright side, stopped on way home, got pizza, fruit tarts, Rainier cherries, chilled lobster, 8 pcs $50/lb chocolate.

two large soup dumplings from a local dim sum restaurant. Also got two kinds of pork buns, spare ribs, roast duck, hot and sour soup, string beans, shredded pork in garlic sauce, salt and pepper pork and white rice.
free coconut shrimp from Red Lobster. Also got 20 percent off, lobsters, crab, Walt’s shrimp with the new much worse breading, shrimp scampi, biscuits, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes and fries. I had a rum based cocktail while there, asked for half a shot and it hit, only my second drink in a decade. I much prefer weed. But I celebrated responsibly as I wasn’t driving and the driver had a mocktail. Also polished off clam chowder there while waiting for the take out food. Yum!
Merry Christmas to all who celebrate! This year I am grateful for my new marriage & spouse, my BlueSky peeps (you!) & that my foot is slowly becoming usable again like new. Got a perfume haul ordered! We’re eating dim sum, Chinese food, & Red Lobster take out this holiday weekend & watching movies.

Box is yellow and has gold lettering. Go smell this at Ulta (also sold at Walmart but no tester most likely). Do it soon, you will probably love it!

Update on my left foot is still can’t wear a shoe, the first two toes injured are mostly healed now, the middle toe I dropped makeup on is still black & blue and tender when touched. Hope to be able to walk fully next week and be posting more!

I lived through my endoscopy and colonoscopy. Yay! My new spouse is relieved. Endo took lots of biopsies, found my hernia has moved into my esophogus which explains a lot, and despite a liquid diet for 8 days I failed the colonoscopy and have to redo asap.
Next up is the lung embolism in Jan/Feb.

Photo of a dessert brought to us by Red Lobster at the meal after my wedding ceremony. The groom devoured it, I no longer eat sugar. For an anniversary I will make a sugar free cake, perhaps at 1, 3 or 6 months. For now I will focus on being able to walk again.
Updating I dropped makeup on a 3rd toe so foot is not much better overall. I managed to get married with 1 shoe. Other than that the wedding was perfect. I’m in bed, w/black and blue toes, hoping posts can resume by Xmas. Today I slept for 8.5 hours, longest by far in a year. Colonoscopy in 2 weeks.
