Als jobs veranderen of verdwijnen, moeten werknemers inspraak hebben en kansen krijgen om zich bij te scholen. De groene transitie kan betere jobs opleveren - maar alleen als werknemers mee aan het stuur zitten.

Geen groene industrie zonder arbeiders Wie praat over competitiviteit maar zwijgt over werknemers, mist het grootste knelpunt van de Europese economie.

Daarom hebben we recht nodig op opleiding, tijdige informatie en inspraak bij grote veranderingen. Wie competitief wil zijn, moet investeren in zijn mensen.
