If no one else, make art for your younger self. Make art of your ocs that your younger self would have dreamed to be able to draw. Make art that would make them keyboard smash an excited reply to. Make art for you.

Has this happened for anybody else? Posted a reveal video for my latest commission over on TikTok and now it's under review even though I followed all the rules for posting on a business account? jfc this sucks

I think the worst thing for me as an artist now that the TikTok ban has officially started is that a lot of my confidence in my own art came from there. Seeing other artists being open about business, creation, etc. made it feel like a true community. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for that.
