Burn down the White House, how's that for a redesign plan, Americans?

11.03.2026 15:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 4 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Yeah Americans? Get on this right away. Top priority: organizing a public pressure campaign for a redesign of a wing of the White House.

The rot of the US goes a lot deeper than one guy. This culture is rancid to its core. America isn't diseased; it's a disease.

People are cheering as missiles hit in their own country. Because the missiles are hitting American bases they always hated the presence of to begin with.

I hope the US fucking loses big here, and all these nations finally fucking realize American military presence doesn't make them safer.

In my experience : Every American pretending to be Canadian to avoid this stuff still behaves rude and entitled.

All they're doing is giving us a bad name.

No agreement the west could offer would be likely to convince them that this time we'll actually hold our end of the bargain. Not when we kept violating agreements and waging illegal war against them at will.

And empty unilateral declarations that the war is over from Trump definitely won't do it.

The thing many are forgetting: Iran has agency, has proven it can stand alone against the might of the West. Iran said they don't want any help.

It's not to be taken for granted they will make peace just because the US is exhausted; when it's clear the US will reignite war when convenient as usual

This has become a trend on Douyin (TikTok) in China where they're making fun of the Trump prayer circle.

Employees pray for better business at aluminum cutting factory.

Luckily the Chinese actually learn from history, and refuse to feed into this spiral by making alliances. Because lord knows western leadership learns nothing except: World War II was righteous, therefore all wars we instigate are like WW2!

Even in school they teach us that we got World War I because of military buildups and alliances, that spiraled towards obvious destruction. But still every Rational Centrist I see is cheering "woo! Our mighty military alliance and arms buildup makes us safer!"

N.L. judge criticizes 'inflammatory rhetoric' on bail reform, as he grants bail to repeat offender | CBC News A Newfoundland judge was critical of the "jail not bail" movement during a hearing on Tuesday in Harbour Grace, where a man accused of repeatedly stealing from homes in the Conception Bay North area w...

Good to see a judge call out the conservative "jail not bail" bullshit for what it is. It has no basis in research, experience or reality. It's simply malicious reactionary rhetoric.

Hey, whatever leads to more blown-up American military assets, I'm all for.

Loads of options! Like how trump said yesterday the US would escort ships though.

... But then today the US navy said it would not do that. Because it's obviously too dangerous.

You didn't extend the courtesy of taking the time to read my brief post with clarity before dropping a snarky reply, why should I anticipate you'd respond well to reason?

Seems Iran has put mines in the straits of Hormuz. I guess that means traffic is at a halt for a while now.

The most obvious outcome from trying to destroy Iran. And the reason why prior warmongering US regimes never did this.

That's not what I said. But you clearly need to feel morally superior to someone, and your lack of reading comprehension is helping you with it, so far be it for me to ruin that.

For the first time in living memory, the US has targeted an actual country -- that isn't already in complete ruins -- for its war crimes. And they are baffled that... it's not so easy?

Tweet that asks: How is Iran making 10K drones/month?
Where do they put them? Where do they get the materials, esp the chips? Where do they get the bomb stuff? It's so surreal I wonder is all of this fake?

Americans when they learn Iran is a country with real people.

Spike is such a great character. But I can't for the life of me remember what I thought of him back then. I know I at least liked him better than Angel!

Who is this advice for? Who are these writers who don't like to read? What gatekeeping is happening? And if you don't read, how could you tell if what you write is any good? The whole argument seems like a social-justice shaped justification for not wanting to put in the work.

Oh it was a defining show for my teen years. Began watching it with high school friends, ended watching it with my girlfriend-and-future-wife in university.

We rewatched it from start to finish last year, and it still holds up IMO.

I do too! I remember us being so mortified at having to wait all summer before we could find out what happened to Buffy.

I feel like it was only yesterday we were talking about the latest episode of Buffy in the school cafeteria @radicalred.bsky.social

Calling the kidnapping of the Venezuelan president a "US-backed transition of power" is certainly a choice. (By CNN, tbc, not the OP.)

Anyway, at least the US doesn't have a Black woman president, right?

US begins large military drill with South Korea while waging war in the Middle East The United States has begun a large military exercise with South Korea involving thousands of troops while also waging an escalating war in the Middle East.

"Freedom Shield may trigger an irritated response from North Korea, which has long described the allies โ€™ joint exercises as invasion rehearsals..."

FYI they set up fake North Korean towns to invade. The interiors of homes with Kim's picture on the wall. If that's not an invasion rehearsal...
