Good morning folks. Today is business trip. So as usual, I'm sleeping pretty badly. Fortunately I managed to stay in bed and avoid doing anything other than staying under the sheets. Habits break so easily, but at least I'm having some self discipline.

Not my personal experience but I know entire music projects that spawned from a crazy ass dream that inspired an entire fantasy world, and as the artist said himself "I had to put a soundtrack to that world". I'm excited to listen to what you come up with. 😊

That's such a beautiful way of finding inspiration. And sometimes scary too. I don't think I'd ever be able to show the world a song that came from my most inner thoughts. I'd feel extremely vulnerable. That said, isn't music always a way of expressing what lies within?

We escaped to the Pyrenees for four days, leaving city stress behind and chasing those legendary mountains, even with the lousy weather.

It worked like a charm (literally lol). I slept properly the whole trip.
