I have friends with a trans daughter named Joshua. They are very supportive and she came out quite young (like 8?), has been able to socially and medically transition, etc. She also insists on keeping her birth name. She loves being a girl named Joshua and explaining that girls can be named it, too.

yesterday i had my follow-up with my allergist and i was diagnosed with MCAS and primary immunodeficiency! she prescribed me meds that could actually help with my GI issues and fatigue. the diagnoses explain so much. we actually have an actionable treatment plan for improvement and i'm hopeful!
