We have to be strategic in the order that we put flea medicine on ours. Meatball notices everything so we do his first. Minnie is very fast and will try to run and hide it she thinks something is up. Snowball is slower and bigger so he's usually last. We try to catch them when they're all asleep. 😅
When I lived with my parents we used to have carpets in the house. My mom and I both sewed. I can't tell you how many times my family had close calls and/or stepped on needles while we were walking around the house. 😬

What helps me is having a stitch marker on the needles before and after the different stitch pattern (so before the purl row starts and after it ends). This reminds me that something different is happening for those stitches. ☺️
