I cannot believe that in the year 2025, I am preparing for a nationwide protest by sorting through my inflatable costumes and trying to decide if Luigi riding Yoshi will be seen as violent or if the t-rex will promote peace.
Statistics say 1 in 4 women in the USA have experienced sexual violence and while that is truly horrific, the unspoken part is that every time I am with a group of women and someone brings up that statistic, we quickly realize the number is much more likely to be 4 in 4.
