Why do I have to tell Copilot it is wrong all of the time and that its output "failed again"

Last week was unwatchable for me. Except for the music. Turned it off.
Ditch the phone calls or have someone off-camera load them.
Forget the “What kind of car do you drive?“ All distracting to the host who can’t hear the caller.
