This means my time for work and downtime for "me time" has reduced drastically but I have to get this established before we move.

He was taking a 3 hour nap in the day from 3pm to 6pm then bouncing around until after 11pm and waking up before 7am.

The goal is bed time at 7pm. So I've gotta keep him super busy to skip naptime and tire out. He has so much energy
