First contact seems to have been at the very end of May. Probably not helped by me also asking for a heat pump quote and going back and forth on options, then deciding the heat pump wouldn't work for us.
Just had ours installed on Friday from Octopus (panels and batteries). All seems to have gone well. The only issue was it being quite a long drawn out process (months). Not sure if thats normal. The guys who installed it were very nice, helpful and professional. Took just under 2 days to install.
