Hi Chris, sorry to be weird but would it be OK to get in touch with you about a potential project? Sorry your website is down or I would find an email!
It reads just like a Russian government statement tbh
If you have the means I highly recommend the cause of supporting a fellow scholar

There was a good video which did a similar thing by just carrying out normal internet searches of passers by. It was pretty scary because they could work out where they lived and worked quickly. I am increasingly thinking we just need to put as little online as possible.

Nor me, not sure sending selfies to American companies to prove your age seems like a great idea either
Is it a new law that all websites have to follow in the UK? I have had it on other sites as well
Yes it's great that we are actually getting it on free to air now. Same for the all Ireland hurling I watched last weekend. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it and how much I'm looking forward to the all Ireland football final this weekend.
This is a great model. Emily was kind enough to share it with our @vchlondon.bsky.social project and it has been so helpful. It allowed volunteers with no training to accurately transcribe Early Modern records. This would have been so much harder without her help

We're really looking forward to this: hope to see you there!
I love the juxtaposition here of @vchlondon.bsky.social #BigRedBooks with the (even bigger) volumes of Camden's Britannia (1695).
People have been writing about place for a long, long time.
For VCH online, see @bho.bsky.social, a full text of Camden here, btw: quod.lib.umich.edu/e/eebo2/B184....
#ICYMI - #Skystorians We are delighted to announce the launch of FOUR new VCH projects across England.
We now have active projects in 22 of England's counties and two of the three historic Ridings of Yorkshire.
Welcome to the fold, #Dorset, #Kent, #Lincolnshire and #London! More in the blog:
This is a bumper year for @vchlondon.bsky.social:
Four new projects (each breaking new ground in counties where we haven't been actively researching for around a century.
Many new books *including* our 250th Big Red Book (and that's in a county we haven't done before: Westmorland). #VCHRedBook250
Proud to be part of this. It's early days but feel very lucky to be able to do this important work.
Despite being over 125 years old, one of our flagship projects @vchlondon.bsky.social continues to be a vibrant, growing national network of place-based historians. The network has very excitingly recently welcomed 4 new projects. Find out more in this @ihr.bsky.social blog post π
Thrilled to see that this is now available online (for free)!
