in the netherlands we use 4 numbers + 2 letters (except for SA/SD/SS cuz of hitler) for the postal code, with max 25 addresses having the same code. So postal code + house number is all you need to locate an address

if you backed them up on pdsmoover you can do it through pdsmoover.com/missing-blobs. If you have the blobs downloaded instead you can just do `goat blob upload <file>` in a for loop to upload all of them thanks to the filenames being CIDs :3
