personally depending on my mood, I might make a lazy chicken salad by tearing up a few chicken nuggets and adding them to a tomato and lettuce base (sometimes I add carrot to it if I'm in the mood for that), and to change it up a bit sometimes I turn it into a salad wrap by putting it in a tortilla
