This is the most Trumpian nonsense from Captain Canada’s govt. University isn’t busy! The bike lanes fit ambulances by design! Waste waste waste $$$. This govt is as illogical as the one down south.
It's dumb that this is necessary, but if it saves the bike lane it's absolutely a great thing.
