What's that? You want to be TRAINED to do the thing? Sure, we will pay you below the poverty line to train full time for the next 3 months. You can't live on that? You should already know the trade then.
God fucking forbid we actually value our employees who work to make customer experience better and save customers who would otherwise never come back. It would be the end of the world to pay a living wage to the only person who consistently shows up to their shift and gets the store ready.
It's time to blow the dust off, re-image the server, and make my site not suck so much.
Let's hope that they don't fuck up this platform like Mastodon. As long as "bsky.app" is the only URL Bsky posts can come from, it'll be good.
