Jimbo Jones: I’m…daddy?
Me to myself while putting together a small cheese plate for my wife last night:
Your own … personal … cheeses
Bunk it up bunk it in, let me begin
I just think they’re neat
Oh damn I remember these
Just how
America is when you have an active shooting event in your current state (Old Dominion University) and your home state (West Bloomfield MI synagogue) in the same day.
We tried “beautifying” a slide in a meeting yesterday in google slides and it just made the text into a table
Beautiful
Got an email from our principal this morning.
Apparently someone’s tearing down the posters about AI tools we have access to that our tech person keeps putting up and just lol lmao
You know the old adage - the cobblers children have…shoes that they are terrified of ever taking off in front of the cobbler

All toddlers are also wolves
Are there any books you’d recommend?
Something in the 200-400 page max range.
Any topics in the sciences. Does not have to be chemistry.
Something a presumably college bound high school junior or senior should be able to handle
I have no idea if this will get traction BUT
I teach AP chemistry and after the exam I have my students pick a nonfiction science book to read for the remainder of the year.
We literally just read our books, journal some notes, and they submit a paper at the end.
My question for you all is -
One of our literacy teachers sent out a survey recently about what we would like help with and what we’d like to see from our students re: literacy.
One question was if you could wave a magic wand what would you like from your students - that they could all read of course bc many of them can’t
My friends and I in middle school (Iraq war times) made a pact to shoot each other in the feet if we ever got drafted. Mad respect to 13 year old me.
lol Jesus - we’ve really just thrown out the regular old literacy piece haven’t we
Bills: we have wide receivers at home (Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox)
Wild unregulated speculative markets from the Coolidge / Hoover years
When they’re on I don’t know how you beat them. Mara seems like he’s 8 feet tall
A thoroughly dismantling even despite a handful of complete airball 3 point attempts
I suppose this was the sign I needed to finally buy the twilight zone dvd box set
Ghost love tunes
Tomorrow it could be the dogs, or the bees, or the dogs with bees in their mouths so when they bark they shoot bees at you
No google slides. I don’t need to beautify this slide. It’s my 1st period’s agenda. I need to be able to read the text I’m writing without stupid AI buttons obscuring it.
I guess I don’t need the modern red wings when I still have hours of “best of pavel datsyuk deke” videos on YouTube
