The Alaska Court System is pleased to announce that Delinquency cases will transition from paper to electronic filing statewide on March 09, 2026. All new Delinquency cases and subsequent filings will be submitted through TrueFiling.

Alaska judges will soon be bound by tighter ethics rules under a rewrite of court standards | Alaska Beacon The Alaska Court System's existing standard dates from 1998 and needs to be updated, a process that has taken years.

Please know that we are NOT going to call you and demand that you pay money to have a warrant quashed for failing to appear for jury service. Even if the phone number "looks" legitimate, it's a scammer. Tell them you'll call back and hang up! Then call us to double check so you can rest easy.
