Here's a slice of my Highland winters. Spring, summer and autumn was mainly in the Lakes. Used to work lots in the Welsh mountains and rock climbing on sea cliffs too. Disability means I've had to stop but all that nature time helped me find a peaceful place with my self and my impermanence. 🙏🏻

This is all so true. If it wasn't for nature, I simply wouldn't have survived my toughest mental health challenges. I was lucky to build a career working in it for the best part of 30 years but that was a lucky privilege. Biophilic cities make so much sense. Richard Louv on NDD and Vitamin N... 💚
