Yeah. There are people who have been waiting for like years for their accounts to get approved, even after several emails. I can't be certain of anything these days but it Feels Like they operate at the bare minimum.

I was always under the impression subscribestar only approved accounts they thought would make them the most money, which is why they tell you to go outta your way to put their link on your profile so they can screen you. AND THEN you still have to make a certain threshold to withdraw any of it.
