I got bored and wrote an art program for laser projectors.
I wanted to hop back on here to just try and not feel so isolated anymore. I've been living in a deep hole, and it's not healthy.
I also got a new toy that I'd kickstarted before I got shitcanned, so if anyone wants any uv resin printed shit, I've got plenty of time to dick with it now. :P
After nearly 17 years, I got an email from Amazon HR at 3am on a Wednesday telling me not to go to work, and my position was being eliminated. So I've been in a mad scramble looking for another job, but also trying to unwind after nearly 2 decades before jumping into the next thing.
...and work was really driving me into the ground, so I needed to step back a bit, take a break, and work through things.
Well, the end of January didn't make things easier
(contractor I hired got killed by the hondouran mafia, lost me $16k, solar company I had doing work went bankrupt and now I'm stuck with a $32k loan for nothing, had my deck rebuilt, the general contractor didn't pay the contractor and he threatened to put a lien on my property, friends dying...)
So as some of you may have noticed, I kind of fell off the internet for a while. I had shit after shit event happen back to back...
