Yes but it protects people against corporate waste, fraud, and abuse. This administration apparently supports private waste and fraud. They are only against government waste, and really only against the other party's waste. At some point the people will realize what they have unleashed.
How it's it that the Republicans completely stymied the democrats ability to inact anything when the democrats had the majority, but the democrats can't stop the Republicans from completely ruining the government now?

Because the dems are trying to maintain some sense of decorum and honesty. It's not an administration's fault. It's chronic understaffing and terrible luck. It's simply a terrible tragedy that won't be made better with FFA cuts, nor finger pointing.
