As if there’s only one right way to be in the struggle. As if different approaches are a threat, rather than a strength.
My friend called me in full panic mode cuz person B saw him using a phone at a protest and B said the police would jail him, and I thought wth.
My friend is a white cis man and it was his first time at a protest
I’m not a fan of the “don’t bring your phone to a protest” advice.

I'm thinking about how to use this platform more.
It's easier to feel overwhelmed on this platform than Instagram, because each post is so short - so you go over several of them really fast, and Bsky posts are also more serious (no funny sketch or dancing breaks in between)
