Yeah, Trujillo is such a great player and a sweetie pie to boot. By the time DM had come out I was into more deathly metals so I usually go back to their earlier stuff. Not well versed in Lou… but… Metal Machine Music has my undying support lol even if only in theory
Agreed. Honestly think whoever promoted it talked up the Metallica side of the equation too much. Not our favorite of either artist but definitely doesn’t need all the hate it got from the metal community when it came out.

If you have the ability to get to Stanwood (45 minutes by car) in late June we’re playing a middle school auditorium with Zookraught, Black Ends, Anthers and End of Small Sanctuary to support the youth program there. Will be the most wholesome experience of your summer

Their (originally ironic turned iconic) cover of Break Stuff during live sets was a thing of legend. This song ain’t it, but is a favorite still. Their bassist has some nice riffs.
