Got a new phone and forgot that meant I had to re-sign into everything. The lack of pings and alerts was genuinely enjoyable—time to turn off even more notifications and badges. 😅

2. I participated in the second interview for our third ACD—the applicant was internal + our chat completely changed my perspective of them + the experiences I’ve had with them over the last couple of years. I went in trying to be objective and came out very pro-them for the job. 💚
Two good things (from Thurs) to star off:
1. I got to officially promote one of my designers to a senior designer. They’ve worked so hard to get to this point and they’ve basically been an acting senior for a year. 🎉🎉🎉 Over the moon at their growth!
