Have you ever tried those posture straps? I’ve seen them so many times and thought about them because I know I naturally slouch, but unsure if that’s a good thing or not?
Exactly what I’ve been doing (as best as I can)
I’ve been back at work and walking around for past few days and even trying to stand up straight (I know it’s for the best) is just awful 💚
It’s even worse, I’ve tried the stretch and it’s excruciating. I can barely lift my leg above the knee at the moment.
It’s normally alright being in my back but going on my side is awful, I’ve just had to put up with the pain because I prefer being on my side
