faerûn is more of a blank slate i feel like. sure, some things happen there, but unless your campaign does some crazy shit, it's all pretty generic high fantasy. astral plane is kinda cool, but the fade is wayyyy cooler

i'm so glad i didn't get too into bg3 (it's too trash for a hyperfixation anyway) and got into dragon age instead 🙂‍↕️
