R&R is an indie #fantasy #ttrpg with simple rules and inexpensive books. The two core rulebooks are $6 each, and only require a 12-sided die (for ability checks) and a 6-sided die (for skill checks). Experience points are cashed in to improve abilities, and increase Life Points and Magic Points.

In R&R #ttrpg, there are no character classes, subclasses, etc. Players pick a ROLE for their character (anything they want) and they decide what traits, skills, knowledge, powers and ability levels are suited for their characters' Role. If you want to play a ranger, you decide what makes a ranger.
