It's too late for me. Decades of opiate hysterical doctors pushing NSAIDS on patients have left me with the typical hearing damage.

We live rurally. Rural care is being decimated.
Doctors, such as they are, are located 70 to 75 miles away in the nearest large city with notoriously shitty medical care.
More expensive shitty care because of gas prices vs. no care. Hmmmm.
