Did a hybrid - weight/ zone2 cardio - workout for 1 hour of no rest, non stop movement.
Great for active recovery, low joint stress and easier on the CNS than a heavier workout.

It's definitely something that comes time, and being consistent. It took me years to dial in nutrition, the working out was easy. What made it easy for me was realizing that I was gonna make mistakes, but the key was not giving up on everything I was working on just because of that one mistake.
