I did some really early coverage of connections multiple Bluetooth devices to a phone for the FT: the Bluetooth SIG set up a phone, paired 4-5 devices and sent them to me. The phone was tucked into a sock. I had another device with Bluetooth and tried connecting it as well; no, absolutely not!

I get yelled at for saying this but for many hundreds of years people went to university not to get diplomas or be employable but because immersion in the humanities was considered foundational to a good life, and school must return to its original purpose: the joy of learning.

Obviously, NEH grants never should have been clawed back in the first place, DOGE is a lot of crap, and all grants should be reinstated, but if you want to feel PARTICULAR rage about how half-assed and cruel the whole process is, read the AI rationale for terminating the TEAMS METS grant
It was wrong and harmful - and quite possibly unlawful - to cut already approved NEH grants because Donald Trump hates "DEI."
But the way DOGE went about doing it was even dumber than you probably imagined.
They fed abstracts into ChatGPT and demanded an answer in fewer than 120 characters.
So according to the WSJ a US Senator conspired with another country to manipulate the US into starting a war, am I getting this right
The thing about a FIREFLY revival is this:
It was a show with a very particular voice, one nearly unique to its writer-creator, who is...an issue. If you bring him back, that's a problem. If you don't bring him back, it probably doesn't feel right.
