I just spent 4 nights in California and an unexpected night in Atlanta on my way home (during which I got ~2.5 hours of sleep), and now I’m back in Florida and managing the time change.

Not only do I not know what time it is, I barely know what YEAR it is.

Oh man I have to order all Thai dishes “mild” now, or I’ll be up all night with acid reflux. 😞 One of the few truly bad things to have happened to me after turning 40, haha.
