If only it were so easy. Without sufficient resources you cannot investigate every single company. If you focus solely on tiny players, large ones will do MUCH more damage. Hence the push to expand the MFCU, so they can tackle more. If you're against fraud, you should tell your reps to support this.

As a former USAO paralegal who worked on health care fraud cases involving Medicare, I also recommend that you do not purchase a Medicare Advantage plan. While I am admittedly *not an expert* on choosing plans, from what I've seen the 'advantage' goes to the plan, not the participant, for MA.
