This is huge. My petition got approved. It challenges the UK government to the lift the Puberty Blocker ban on the grounds that it contradicts article 8 of The United Nations Convention On The Rights Of The Child.

I’m on iPhone, which also has that function I think, but apparently the happy medium for battery health is for it to be around 50%? It’s like battery technology wants me to be stressed out 😭

I also have constant battery anxiety and fear that my battery will die (for the record, this has never happened to me). So now I just walk around, charging my phone I short bursts and live in terror as my battery slips below 30%.

In conclusion, battery health: 100% James mental health: 13%

My husband? A different creature who can blithely leave his phone unattended for hours. Meanwhile I have considered just surgically attaching it to my hand for convenience. As such, I have a problem, when am I supposed to charge it if it’s also constantly in my hand? 🧵

I recently got a new phone and have on my husbands recommendation decided to try that thing where I don’t deliberately murder the battery by charging it over night. The logic seemed solid. There’s just one problem with this, which is that this phone is glued to my hand 24/7 🧵
