Quick mental health tip. Pick a hobby and do it slowly. Learning backyard astronomy has been so rewarding because I'm doing it mostly analogue. No yt tutorials on how to find stars, but reading paper books. Slows you down and forces focus (unlike a tutorial vid which can be passively absorbed)

I guess I’ve always viewed it sort of that the Lewis’ probably don’t have the financial might needed for modern football and the reality of the sport is that it’s not as self sustaining as other businesses. If all of that is true, I can see we’re not broke, but PL broke.

Tech question- if we were to release something like our The Room USB drive like we did last year again, is there any downside to H265 file encoding versus H264? I know a lot of stuff still uses the latter but I’ve been testing the former and it seem fine? Saves a lot of space
Compatibility with older players really. It’s a better codec in terms of compression, but older hardware might not be able to decode it using something like a hardware decoder. That’s becoming less and less an issue thought with h265 being supported on newer stuff.

That’s where I’d be for sure. I do have an iPad, but pop Parsec on the Neo and desktop and you’ve got secure remote back to the better desktop if need be.
I’d say wait for some deeper reviews on any specific stuff you run just in case. The Air will still run circles around the Neo, but that’s expected.
I don’t either, but I’m also in the same boat. Have a DJ friend that might pick one up for travel if it ends up working with his gear and software. It’s the kind of machine that if something were to happen to it traveling, you just wouldn’t stress out as much.
For me, just seeing people scrub through 4K Final Cut and Resolve timelines is crazy considering the cost. I’m still curious on certain games and applications, but I’m definitely impressed with what Apple is pulling off with essentially a premium iPhone chip. Definitely a very smart move.

Also don’t get me wrong: other clubs are also having the same issues big or small. The sport in the UK has to change in a financial way for better stability in the whole pyramid, but the PL might lose the reason people like to invest in it vs other European leagues.
In a perfect financial world, the Lewis family would rather own an NFL team (granted any business minded people would). Owning a club for them and the money required to maintain vs the money you’d get might be too long of a wait or just too much at this time. Would explain the minority share thing.
