I was curious to see what they did though. You never know whatβs going to work or what some creator is thinking until you actually see the thing. Like I know Andor was an oddity but also Gilroy was βwasting his time on Disney trashβ until people actually saw it.
Like theyβre so good at it that itβs become her signature bit.
Everyone should get to love something as much as those dudes love covering Samara Weaving in blood.
Not a huge Zhao fan honestly, but sheβs definitely on the list of women in Hollywood who essentially get criticized for not staying in their quote unquote place.
Not for nothing, but we probably talk too much about the good vs bad spectrum and not nearly enough about the right for right now. Like things donβt work and or fail all the time because they were either behind or a bit ahead of their times.
Which I think is even truer if what you want to do is any kind of sequel. Like the one obvious thing to do with BUFFY is "fix" the thing where it was set in Whendon's even then inexplicably monotone Southern California.
Can't say I'm surprised. I mean BUFFY kind of has the same problem as BLADE. It was rare air originally but has been so relentlessly-aggressively copied since that there isn't much left to do.
i think heβs skating to where the puck is going to be, not where it is. i agree with everyone who says to watch out for him in β28.
So again. The basic problem with any belief system premised on the idea that others βsecretlyβ agree with adherents is that the others inevitably WONβT and as they act like they donβt, the belief systemβs adherents will contort in increasingly fabulist ways to βexplainβ that honest disagreement.
Sketchy? It stinks as an old professor of mine used to say, like a dead fish in Denmark.
Sounds like a felony.
Itβs not just that I object to political gadflies, neo yippie horseshit, and the unhelpful cartoonish caricaturing economic populists are addicted to. Itβs that theyβll lie, misrepresent or dissemble for the worst people. Like why lie for a grifter like Kat Abu w/ Huynh right there in our district?
Unsurprisingly, AI is being used to generate, promote, and cite "research" about how great AI is for education.
Of course. That was Zadronznyβs intention.
Well fuck.
a tan chihuahua-sized rodent with a graying muzzle is being held aloft in front of a white wall. the creature looks at the camera with dark, round eyes. each of his ears are the size of his head, sticking out on either side like satellites. he looks a little embarrassed that he's been caught.
We only rate dogs. This is clearly a gigantic mouse that someone just found in their home. Please gently return them to the garden and only send dogs. Thank you⦠12/10 #SeniorPupSaturday (IG: kitsune_inu)
Squad goals.
Love Jones is so VERY 97 but Iβm always struck by the date. Like how did it take until 97 to get it.
I feel about this the way I felt about the end of the CW honestly. Itβs going to cut off a feeder pipeline of a shade of talent the rest of the industry isnβt terribly concerned with.

As far as I'm concerned, compassion is a sign of intelligence even more than knowledge by itself.
(Does Easy Math Badly) π€ So itβs headed for $19 18 20$ and normally Iβd joke or jab here but Monroe landing in this after Longlegs his is one of the few sane moves re the exact talent pool Iβve seen recently.
