The situation in Lebanon is truly bleak, Israel effectively occupying the south, regular strikes into civilian areas of Beirut, half a million people displaced and even if the strikes on Iran slow down or cease this is likely to persist. It's horrific the news continues to fail like this.

He's perpetually deciduous and trapped in a winter of ideas and traditions that provides a hollowness and little steps for change.

Back when Twitter was a thing I was often heavily criticised for criticising Albanese in opposition.

It seemed to me he held no real ideology or values and was too eager to placate Tories and Murdoch.

I was told to give him a chance in office.
